Social media is challenging because it’s equipped with a natural “scrolling” nature. Your job when creating your social media ad campaign is to come up with visuals that are natural to your brand, but will stop prospects in their tracks. The ad should be consistent with your brand, meaning it needs to align with your visual brand standards, but it also needs to be eye-catching so people see it, like it, and stop to read it.

2. Offer special promotions with a great CTA

Once you’ve established your eye-catching images, you need to establish a call to action (CTA) that entices someone to click to learn more about your product, service, or overall business. We find that CTAs attached to a special promotion can be useful to get those conversions, but not necessary. Make sure the CTA is clear and concise, as you only have a small window of opportunity to urge viewers to click.

3. Set up a landing page with clear and compelling copy

Landing pages are where the individual will “land” after they click on your ad, and they are vital in converting the viewer into a customer. Create a custom landing page that is clear as day, with one button to get the potential customer to click and buy. The words on the landing page must be compelling but informative, and the flow of your custom landing page must feel natural and make sense to the reader. As the landing page is the last touch-point before someone makes a purchase, keep an eye on the metrics to learn what is working and what needs to be tweaked so you can convert more viewers into buyers.
